When I just started with my menswear passion and couldn’t travel a lot yet, I was fortunate with a sartorial treasure nearby. This sartorial treasure or rather treasures were the shops of Oger in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Antwerp. These shops offer the finest on the sartorial field and were one of the first in the area where I come from to offer products from Neapolitan makers like Cesare Attolini, Finamore, Borrelli and Kiton. They hosted and still host trunk shows every season where customers can meet the artisans behind the clothing. And on this way Oger is more of a club for lovers of fine clothing rather than just a shop. The Saturdays in Amsterdam are legendary where everybody who loves clothing can meet each other and enjoy some drinks, fine Italian bites and buy the finest garments meanwhile. Sander Lusink is one of the sons of the founder of the business, Oger Lusink. Together with his brother Martijn he is running the business now and keeping up the sartorial temples with its admirable quality. And naturally you have a passion for clothing when you run shops like these. I’m honoured that he wanted to answer the ‘’17 questions to a well-dressed man’’. And the answers you can read below.
